| Number of Visits the School’s Externship Coordinator Will Make |
The school’s externship coordinator will be there at all times. The school’s externship coordinator is the work-site supervisor. |
| Weekly Meetings | Externs are encouraged to discuss their experiences and observations at the end of each clinical day and during the following lecture/theory period |
| Daily Journal | Externs are encouraged to keep a daily journal on their observations and experiences |
| Evaluations/Final Report | Externs will be evaluated by their clinical instructors during each clinical lab time based on the “Competency Skill Sheets” that accompanies the required textbook. |
